Technical Implementation and Support Specialist

Join the fight at the front lines – as an Implementation and Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting clinics, pharmacies and EMRs with state immunization registries via HL7, to ensure the world is rid of preventable diseases. You will be a key team member in the building of intelligence solutions for a healthier future - for you, your family and community.


What you will do:
• Manage and coordinate project development from initiation to closure, with accountability for overall project results
• Configure and deploy customer data exchange interfaces
• Test and validate interfaces based on customer and state requirements
• Maintain and support existing interfaces
• Use collaborative leadership and problem-solving expertise to ensure appropriate identification and follow-up of client needs
• Utilize and create documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring clear communication
• Detect potential issues and implement solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request


What you will need:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of how interfaces and data exchange works
• Self-motivation to identify and see your projects to the end¬
• Ability to understand and execute technical pieces and translate to clients and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to foresee and coordinate upcoming processes and potential problems with flexibility and solution-based thinking
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to excellent customer service


Education and Certification:
• University degree or college diploma in business or a related field required, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree


Knowledge and Experience:
• A minimum of two years' work experience demonstrating leadership and providing technical-focused customer service.
• Experience with EMR/EHR is beneficial
• Experience with electronic data exchange, especially HL7 is beneficial
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Experience with SQL Databases is a plus
